CompoCheck is an Australian claim-matching service. We help injured Australians find experienced no-win-no-fee compensation lawyers, fast, free, and confidentially.
What we do
When you submit our 60-second eligibility check, we match your situation to a lawyer who handles your specific state's scheme, CTP, TAC, MAIC, ICWA, icare, WorkCover, or ReturnToWorkSA. The matched firm contacts you for a free, no-obligation consultation. You decide whether to proceed.
What we are not
CompoCheck is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in legal matters. We are a referral and matching service that connects you with admitted Australian solicitors who do.
Our partner network
Every firm in our partner network is admitted to practice in at least one Australian state or territory. Most hold professional indemnity insurance, are members of the Australian Lawyers Alliance or equivalent state bar associations, and many include IRO Approved Lawyers (NSW workers compensation).
How we make money
Our service is free for you. Partner firms pay CompoCheck a referral fee for qualified enquiries we send them. This payment does not affect the legal advice you receive or the fee structure of your matter, partner firms work on standard no-win-no-fee Australian legal costs agreements with you directly.
Privacy and consent
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By submitting our form, you consent to CompoCheck and one matched partner firm contacting you about your claim. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Editorial standards
Our claim guides are reviewed by Australian-admitted compensation lawyers and updated when scheme rules change. Every page lists its review date. We aim to update content within 30 days of any state regulator releasing material scheme changes or settlement data.
